Art of SKIN is a full service cosmetic, medical and surgical Dermatology clinic specializing in non-surgical, surgical, anti-aging and corrective treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, skincare and laser treatments including IPL, laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, rejuvenation, vascular disease and liposuction.

Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for medical aesthetics? We are seeking a skilled Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our established aesthetics clinics in Canmore and Calgary.

Nurse injector (RN, LPN) Requirements:

- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Excellent team and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Botox and filler injections
- Detailed and accurate charting and documentation skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience with social media and marketing
- Certified and trained in aesthetic injections

- Active RN/LPN license
- Minimum of 2 years experience in injections
- Minimum of 3 years working as a nurse in clinic or hospital
- The passion and drive to build and maintain a busy practice that is patient-focused and centered around all aspects of exceptional patient care
- The ability to determine client treatment plans by assessing skin concerns, skin type and client goals and budget and having a comprehensive understanding of treatment options available

- Excellent communication skills
- Consistent high level of work, ethics and standards of practice
- The desire to continually add to your skills and knowledge base through research and both formal and informal training.
- Flexible to adapt to schedule




- Provide excellent skin consultations and market/promote our services to our clients
- Contribute to practice success by managing email lists, retention activities and effectively respond to, follow up on and manage new leads.
- MUST Contribute to our Social Media presence and be consistent
- MUST promote all clinic services with such presence
- Support the team in achieving overall monthly performance targets
- Initiative in helping to keep the clinic/treatment rooms looking their best at all times
- Work collaboratively with other staff and management to improve efficiencies, processes and procedures in the clinic

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Roles

- Your primary focus will be on administering injectable treatments including neuromodulators & Dermal fillers within your scope of practice and in an ethical and safe approach.
- Maintaining and growing a client base with the expectation you to take an active role in building your practice and clientele.
- Conducting consultations ethically while taking into consideration a holistic and multi-modality approach with clients.
- Creating a treatment plan based on those consultations, client goals, and budget.
- Making follow-up calls and e-mails to ensure patient satisfaction (safety) and maintain a great relationship.
- Educate patients on treatments and skincare products, etc.




- Must be able to work independently if required.
- Take before and after photos according to our policies and procedures and share with marketing team and social media team.
- Maintain a corporate instagram account to help grow your clientele.
- Be reasonably available to attend advanced technique, conferences, educational opportunities and sales / product training sessions with the goal of understanding products and treatments / protocols at Art of SKIN.
- Recommend other Art of SKIN services in an appropriate and customized fashion (i.e. appropriate skin care regimen, laser, and skin services)
- Maintain and complete up-to-date electronic client records with in scope details charting practices.
- May be required to perform duties such as scheduling and managing appointments, answering phone calls, emails and inquiries, maintaining product inventory and orders as needed, and procession payments
