Kayun Delivery Ltd is looking for reliable and responsible Courier Drivers to join our delivery team.

This role is responsible for picking up assigned parcels from the warehouse each morning and completing deliveries within the assigned area on the same day. Drivers will use their own vehicle and manage approximately 100–150 parcels per day.

We are currently hiring for routes in:

- Richmond
- Recent Westminster
- Langley
- Abbotsford
- Chilliwack

This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys working independently, is comfortable managing a busy delivery route, and takes pride in completing deliveries safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Pick up assigned parcels from the designated warehouse between 6:00 AM and 8:30 AM each day
- Deliver approximately 100–150 parcels per day within the assigned delivery area
- Complete all deliverable parcels on the same day
- Safely operate your own vehicle while following all traffic laws and company delivery procedures
- Organize and load parcels efficiently to support a smooth delivery route
- Handle packages carefully to prevent loss or damage
- Communicate with dispatch and the operations team regarding delivery issues, address problems, access issues, or unsuccessful deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery status and proof of delivery where required
- Keep your vehicle in safe and reliable operating condition

Delivery Completion Expectations

Drivers are expected to maintain a strong delivery completion rate.

All deliverable parcels should be completed on the same day.

Exceptions may include

- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Closed businesses or schools
- Building or property access issues
- Customer-related delivery issues
- Other circumstances outside the driver’s control

Any unsuccessful deliveries must be properly reported according to company procedures.

Warehouse Pickup Locations

Pickup locations will depend on the assigned delivery area.
- Richmond and New Westminster routes: pickup is generally in Burnaby

Langley, Abbotsford and Chilliwack routes:



pickup may be in Surrey, Delta, or Burnaby
- The route pickup locations will be confirmed based on the assigned area

Compensation

- $1.20–$1.80 per successfully delivered parcel
- Approximately 100–150 parcels per day
- Earnings will vary depending on route, parcel volume, and delivery performance
- Payment is issued every two weeks
- No cash payments

Performance & Higher-Earning Route Opportunities

We value drivers who are reliable and consistently perform well.

Drivers who maintain strong delivery completion rates, good service quality, reliable attendance, and consistent performance may be given priority for higher-volume and higher-earning routes as they become available.

Requirements

- Valid driver’s licence
- Reliable personal vehicle suitable for parcel delivery
- Smartphone with mobile data
- Responsible, dependable, and punctual
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage a delivery route efficiently
- Comfortable handling approximately 100–150 parcels per day
- Available to pick up parcels between 6:00 AM and 8:30 AM
- Able to safely load, organize, and deliver parcels throughout the day
- Previous courier, parcel delivery, or last-mile delivery experience is preferred, but not required

Local Applicant Preference For Abbotsford, and Chilliwack routes, priority may be given to applicants who live in or near the local delivery area.

This can help reduce travel time and support more efficient route completion.
