CREATOR & INFLUENCER MANAGER / DIVISION LEAD

We are looking for an experienced Creator / Influencer Manager to build and lead a new division within our established Vancouver talent agency.

This is not an entry-level social media position. We are looking for someone already working in creator or influencer management who understands the business of representing talent and ideally brings an existing roster, book of business and industry relationships with them.

For the right person, this is an opportunity to take what you've already built and grow it with the infrastructure, support, talent roster and 25+ years of industry experience of an established agency behind you.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You will have the prospect to build and lead our Creator & Influencer Division, with significant autonomy over its direction, roster and growth.

You'll also have access to an existing roster of talent with the potential to develop their social media and creator opportunities alongside their traditional acting careers.

And there is another side to this that we think is particularly exciting:

For established creators interested in expanding into Film, Television, VO & Mocap/PCap, our existing business provides a natural pathway to explore those opportunities. We can help identify creators with crossover potential and provide the representation, industry relationships and guidance needed to make that transition properly.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Currently work as a Creator, Influencer or Digital Talent Manager, minimum 2 years experience
- Have an existing roster/book of business or strong client relationships




- Understand brand partnerships, sponsorships, rates, usage, licensing, exclusivity and deliverables
- Have strong relationships within the creator, brand and advertising ecosystem
- Know how to identify and develop commercially viable talent
- Are entrepreneurial and excited about building and owning the direction of a division
- Want independence without having to operate completely on your own

WHAT YOU'LL DO You'll manage and grow the division, including:
- Managing and developing a roster of creators
- Bringing existing clients and relationships into the division where appropriate
- Sourcing and negotiating brand partnerships and sponsorships
- Managing inbound opportunities and developing new business
- Negotiating rates, contracts, usage, exclusivity and deliverables
- Recruiting and signing new creators
- Developing long-term career and revenue strategies for clients
- Building relationships with brands, agencies and industry partners
- Identifying crossover opportunities between our Creator and Film & Television divisions

COMPENSATION

We recognize that the person we're looking for is likely already successful.

We are open to creating a competitive commission/revenue-sharing structure based on experience, existing business and the division being built.

The goal is simple: if you build something significant here, you should participate meaningfully in its success.
