About the Opportunity - Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring compliance with credit policies and proactive risk management.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to credit team members on account management and best practices.
- Monitor account performance, resolve customer disputes, and escalate significant credit risks as needed.
- Support the development and improvement of credit policies, procedures, and controls.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual credit reporting, including month-end close support.
- Participate in daily team meetings, prioritize workload, and provide backup support to the Credit Manager About You - Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, or a related finance function.
- Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment and account management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Salary Range $70,000 - $72,000 /year This position for employment is for a current vacancy withVaco/Highspring’sclient. You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
