We are growing our team and looking for hard working, reliable individuals to join our year-round landscaping and snow removal crews.

We are currently hiring for Crew Laborer AND a Crew Lead, someone who is dependable, enjoys working outdoors and being part of a team. Individuals must have 2 plus years professional experience.

Responsibilities

Crew Member / Laborer:

- under the direction of a Crew Lead (Supervisor) for general landscape maintenance, cleanups and snow removal
- Snow removal , shoveling and snow clearing during the winter season
- mowing, trimming, edging and blowing
- Planting, weeding and general garden maintenance
- assist with loading and unloading equipment and material
- assist in daily maintenance of equipment
- Work with other crew members
- Ensure the work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards

Crew Lead:

- Drive truck and trailer, and have experience,
- Operate company vehicle and equipment
- Lead a team, give directions to team members
- Snow removal , shoveling and snow clearing during the winter season
- mowing, trimming, edging and blowing
- Planting, weeding and general garden maintenance
- Work with other crew members
- Ensure the work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- daily maintenance of equipment




- load and unload equipment and materials

Our Team:

- we use Google platform to emails, chats, calendars and pictures, but training with Google will be provided.
- Working on residential and commercial sites
- Communicate with other Crew Leads, Crew Members and management
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

Crew Member / Laborer:

- have 2 plus years experience
- have the ability to operate equipment, tools
- have some snow and landscape experience

Crew LEAD:

- must have a valid Alberta Drivers License
- have experience driving truck and trailer
- have 2 plus experience operating snow and landscaping equipment, tools
- have 2 plus snow and landscape experience

ALL Applicants:

- have reliable transportation
- Be Comfortable working outdoors in ALL weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience
