Responsibilities

- Lead discovery sessions and gather campaign requirements from business stakeholders.

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns using enterprise campaign management platforms.

- Build audience segments and campaign logic using SQL and relational databases.

- Create and optimize complex queries involving advanced joins, large datasets, and query performance tuning.

- Perform campaign testing and self-QA prior to deployment.

- Collaborate with peer developers and QA teams throughout the campaign lifecycle.

- Troubleshoot campaign execution and data-related issues.

- Support ongoing campaign enhancements and process improvements.

- Work independently within a quick-paced enterprise environment while managing multiple priorities.

Must Have Requirement

- 3+ years of campaign development experience

- Experience developing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica, SAS, or a similar enterprise campaign management platform

- Mid to senior-level SQL and relational database expertise

- Experience creating complex SQL queries, advanced joins, audience segmentation, and query optimization

- Experience extracting and manipulating large customer datasets

- Experience conducting discovery sessions and gathering business requirements





- Strong understanding of campaign lifecycle management and deployment processes

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice To Have Skills

- Banking or financial services experience

- Experience supporting enterprise-scale marketing campaigns

- Previous experience with large organizations such as banks, telecommunications companies, or other highly structured enterprises

- Prior Banking experience

- Data analytics or reporting background

- Exposure to multiple campaign management platforms
