Westridge Iron is seeking an experienced Crushing Parts Sales & Purchasing Specialist to support our customers across the aggregate, crushing, and mining industries. This is a sales-focused role responsible for identifying and supplying the right parts to keep customers operating and minimize downtime. The position also supports purchasing, supplier relationships, order coordination, and shipping and receiving.

Robust knowledge of crushing equipment, wear parts, and the industry is essential.

Duties

- Respond to customer parts inquiries and provide accurate quotes and recommendations.
- Identify crusher, wear, and replacement parts across multiple equipment manufacturers.
- Develop parts sales opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support urgent parts requirements to minimize customer downtime.
- Source and purchase parts from manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors.
- Maintain supplier relationships and manage pricing, availability, and lead times.
- Follow customer and supplier orders through to delivery.




- Maintain accurate order, purchasing, and inventory information.
- Assist with shipping and receiving when required.

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of crushing equipment, crusher components, and wear parts.
- Experience in the crushing, aggregate, mining, or related heavy-equipment industry.
- Parts sales, purchasing, or customer-facing experience.
- Ability to interpret parts manuals, drawings, and technical information.
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to source parts and develop supplier relationships.
- Commercial understanding of pricing, margins, and purchasing costs.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with ERP, inventory, and parts systems.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence.

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
