Location: Richmond, BC

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift, Morning shift

Work Location: In person

Pay: Starting pay $19-$20 per hour

Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and internal departments to process orders, prepare pricing, and assist with CAD drawings.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is interested in building a long-term career within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide friendly and professional customer service to our dealers.

· Process, review, and price kitchen cabinet orders accurately and efficiently.

· Prepare and modify CAD drawings as required.

· Review orders and drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding order details, pricing, specifications, and changes.

· Assist with resolving order-related questions and issues.





· Maintain accurate records and documentation.

· Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure orders are processed smoothly.

· Perform other related customer service and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills

· Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is an asset.

· Order-processing experience is an asset.

· AutoCAD experience is an asset.

· Previous experience in cabinetry or a related industry is an asset.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and order details.

· Ability to learn new software and company processes quickly.

· High school/secondary school education preferred.
