Duties
- Prepare and assemble a variety of food items with precision and care, ensuring quality standards are met consistently
- Cook and plate dishes efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized workstation
- Serve food to customers promptly, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
- Maintain a clean kitchen workplace by adhering to hygiene standards and cleaning schedules
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments demonstrating strong food handling skills
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation across various cuisines
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry
- Hands-on experience with serving customers in a fast-paced setting is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen experience that showcases proficiency in preparing diverse menu items is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude to foster teamwork and excellent service delivery
Pay: $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
