Full-Time or Part Time | Base Salary + Commission

HighLow Roofing & Exteriors is a growing local roofing and exterior company serving Southern Alberta. We are looking for a friendly, personable, and organized person who genuinely enjoys working with people to join our team and help homeowners through the insurance restoration process.

This is a customer-facing position. You'll spend much of your time meeting homeowners, looking at their homes, explaining the insurance process, answering questions, and helping them feel comfortable with their repair decisions.

You don't need to be a roofing expert when you start. We can teach you the construction side. What matters most is that you're comfortable talking with people, you're trustworthy, organized, and willing to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

Meet homeowners at their properties

Build relationships and establish trust

Help homeowners understand the insurance restoration process

Attend insurance/adjuster appointments when appropriate Inspect and document roofing and exterior damage

Explain repair options to homeowners

Follow up with customers and answer their questions

Prepare and present estimates with support from our team

Coordinate with our production team once a project is approved

Maintain communication with customers throughout their project

Develop new relationships and referral opportunities The Person We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is:

Willing to learn roofing and construction

Comfortable using a phone, tablet, and basic computer programs

Interested in building a long-term career with a growing local company

Previous experience in insurance claims, roofing, construction, real estate, customer service, or sales is an asset, but we're willing to train the right person.

Compensation Competitive base salary + commission + performance bonuses

We want this to be a position where the right person can earn more as they become successful and take on more responsibility.

There is also an opportunity to grow into a larger sales and customer-relations role as HighLow continues to expand.
