TSM G is looking for motivated, outgoing and goal-oriented individuals to join our Ottawa sales team.

No previous sales experience is required.

We provide hands-on training, product knowledge and ongoing coaching to help you develop your communication and sales skills.

In this role, you’ll meet residential customers face-to-face throughout Ottawa and help them explore available home internet, TV and wireless service options.

- Meet residential customers in assigned Ottawa areas
- Ask questions to understand their current services and needs
- Present relevant telecommunications products and offers
- Explain service options clearly and professionally
- Answer customer questions and help guide decisions
- Work toward individual sales goals
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching

Compensation Your earnings are based on your individual sales performance, giving you the opportunity to directly influence what you earn.

Active representatives typically earn $700–$1,200 per week, depending on results and experience in the role.

The compensation structure is reviewed clearly during the recruitment process.

- Full time availability
- Comfortable working face-to-face with residential customers
- Able to commute throughout the Ottawa area
- Robust English communication skills; French is an asset
- Reliable and professional
- Able to pass a background check
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
