What You Would Do: · Answering calls, setting service and sales appointments and following up with customers

· Provide support to other Care Reps in the company

· Keep customer records and our online database current

· Communicate with existing customers who are due for annual maintenance and sell our service program

· Learn the technical terminology and finer details that are unique to our equipment, systems and industry (training provided)

· Provide customers with a clear and friendly experience





· Be in-office daily from 8am until 4pm

What We Need for this Role

· Experience in the customer service field

· Solid telephone and interpersonal skills

· Strong computer skills

· Reliable transportation to and from our office

· The ability to occasionally work past 5pm and Saturday mornings- this will not be often
