As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately take orders from both call-in & walk-in customers
- Handle transactions and phone calls with efficiency and courtesy
- Provide knowledgeable answers about our menu and promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized work station & customer area
- Ensure order accuracy and communicate clearly with kitchen staff
- Assist with packaging orders and checking for completeness
- Assist morning kitchen preparation & complete basic kitchen tasks as needed





What we’re looking for:

- Previous customer service or food service experience is an asset
- Well-spoken with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
