Duties

- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address questions, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our systems
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through solutions with clear communication
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and professional communication to ensure positive customer interactions

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week

Experience

- working with vape products : 1 year (preferred)
- handling cash, operating POS systems and doing inventory: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
