The OpportunityWe are looking for a Compliance Administrator with strong attention to detail. You must have a solutions-oriented mindset and be comfortable taking on new projects. Using Alpine technology, you will need to prioritize your day and adapt to changing subcontractor needs. Experience using MS Office, electronic CMMS systems and answering client and subcontractor queries via phone and email is ideal!The Compliance Administrator is responsible for supporting subcontractor onboarding, agreement administration, compliance tracking, and operational documentation management across assigned portfolios. This role ensures all contractor records, building access requirements, and contractual documentation remain current, accurate and aligned with company and client standards.This position also provides administrative and operational support to the service team, including temporary coverage for Customer Service Administrators as required.The RoleContract draft work for agreements and communication with subcontractors and vendorsCoordinate subcontractor onboarding and ensure all required compliance documents are collected and maintainedAudit contractor files regularly to verify insurance, WCB, clearance, certification, and ongoing compliance requirementsManage building access requests, security clearances, and access tracking processesMaintain organized electronic records and ensure documentation accuracy across platformsAd hoc project work based on client and team needsGenerate daily, weekly,
monthly reports on a request basis by the service manager / senior managementPost purchase credit memosAnalyze how well regions are performing in their areas and elevate to Customer Service Director.The QualificationsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite – excellent understanding of Word and Excel necessary.Experience with creating contracts and documents.Experience with subcontractor and vendor coordination is an asset.Experience working within CRM or work order management systems.Excellent customer service: must be comfortable communicating via phone and email.Must be organized.Problem solving.Able to work as part of a team and independently.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced workplace.The CompensationSalary Range: $48,000 to $51,000 per annumLocation: In-Office role at the Delta head office.Opportunities for advancement within a growing organization.A dynamic team culture that values accountability, professionalism, and service excellence.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications for all who are eligible to apply.
