This role is well suited for someone with 1-2 years of experience in electronics or manufacturing who brings strong technical aptitude and is comfortable reading technical drawings, or able to learn this skill quickly with training and support. You'll work closely with experienced team members while gaining exposure to complex assemblies and instrumentation components.Role DynamicsHourly Pay Range: $19.75 - $22.50 CADWork Schedule: Monday through FridayHours: 7am - 3:30pm dailyWhat you will be doing?Assemble electrical, electronic, and mechanical sub assemblies,
including cable assemblies and wiring harnessesRead and follow technical drawings, schematics, and detailed work instructionsPerform soldering, wire crimping, riveting, bolting, and micro welding as requiredAssemble enclosures and instrumentation components to specificationConduct functional testing and basic troubleshooting of completed assembliesIdentify quality or process improvement opportunities and support updates to work instructionsMaintain a clean, organized, and safety compliant work areaWhat you will bring?1-2 years of experience in an electronics assembly, manufacturing, or technical production environmentHands on experience with electronics assembly, soldering, and wire crimpingAbility to read technical drawings or strong demonstrated ability to learn and interpret them quicklyStrong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and quality mindsetComfort switching between tasks or projects throughout the dayBasic computer skills (digital work instructions, databases, spreadsheets)Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet production timelinesA reliable, professional attitude and a willingness to learn and develop technical skillsNice to Have (Not Required)Technical certificate, diploma, or coursework in electronics or a related fieldExperience assembling instrumentation, controls, or electro mechanical componentsExposure to CAD drawings, schematics, or manufacturing documentationWhat we offerAs part of a truly global company, you will have the ability to grow and learn in a diverse, collaborative culture.
