We provide a wide range of support to approximately 270 children and adults across Central Alberta and the Northwest Territories.Position(s)Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required to provide direct front line care and support for adults with varying disabilities and medical conditions in residential homes.Responsibilities include:Practicing preventative health care; teaching, monitoring and reporting on general health and wellnessRecord keeping and consulting in development of Care PlansProviding direct care aligned with Care PlansThe post offers four positions as follows:Hours of work – Rotation DaysPosition 1:
