Duties

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and other analytical tools to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate within Agile project teams to deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Design and optimize databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval using Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
- Conduct business analysis to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and support project management activities throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Create detailed reports, charts, and presentations that highlight key insights and support strategic decision-making.




- Assist in database design, scripting automation with VBA or Bash (Unix shell), and maintaining data integrity across multiple platforms.

Experience

- Proven experience in data analysis roles with a strong understanding of analytics tools such as R, Python, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Hands-on experience working within Agile environments and managing projects from inception through delivery.
- Solid knowledge of database management systems including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and familiarity with database design principles.
- Expertise in business analysis techniques to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Solid analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets accurately and communicate findings clearly.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes for developing scalable data solutions.
- Technical proficiency in VBA scripting for automation tasks as well as Bash (Unix shell) scripting for data processing workflows.
