- Prepare and sort documents and data sheets in preparation for data entry
- Prioritise data entries by maintaining an understanding of the sequencing and scheduling surrounding the data
- Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Enter customer orders into appropriate database software
- Verify the entry to ensure that accurate data has been entered into the database and make appropriate corrections, deletions and updates
- Follow data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements
- Coordinate with supervisor to gather incomplete information
- Check completed work for accuracy and make any required changes immediately
- Filing as required
- Answering phone calls and greeting visitors

Job Requirements

- Entry-level chance ideal for students or recent graduates

- Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Efficient and accurate data entry skills
