Crumbl is looking for an energetic, friendly and outgoing Shift Lead to join our team!

What You’ll Do
As a Day Shift Lead, you'll help run the store during your shift and make sure both our team and our guests have a excellent experience.
You'll be responsible for
- Leading and motivating the team throughout the shift
- Creating a fun, upbeat and productive work environment
- Providing friendly, enthusiastic customer service
- Directing team members and keeping everyone on task
- Helping with baking, decorating, dressing and packaging Crumbl desserts
- Making sure our desserts meet Crumbl's quality standards
- Keeping the store clean, organized and ready for our guests
- Helping train and coach team members
- Keeping production moving and making sure we're prepared for busy periods
- Handling customer concerns professionally and positively
- Communicating with management about the shift and anything that needs attention

Previous leadership, restaurant, bakery or customer-service experience is an asset, but the right attitude and personality are extremely important to us.
Schedule
This position is specifically for our daytime leadership team.
Availability should be primarily around:
12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
There may occasionally be shifts or additional hours outside of this window depending on store needs, but this role is intended primarily for someone who is available during the daytime.
