DayTrip Street Promo / Brand Ambassador — Kensington Market

DayTrip is looking for an outgoing, high energy person to join our team as a Street Promo Ambassador in Kensington Market.

This is an outdoor, customer facing role. You’ll be stationed near our shop on Augusta Avenue, approaching people walking through the market, handing out discount cards and letting them know about DayTrip. The goal is simple: be friendly, start conversations and get people interested in checking out the store.

We want someone who is:

- Very outgoing and comfortable approaching strangers
- Friendly, positive and approachable
- High energy and able to stay engaged throughout a shift
- Confident handling rejection without getting discouraged

Reliable and qualified
- Comfortable working outside and being on their feet
- Able to keep conversations short, natural and effective
- This isn't a role where you wait for people to come to you. -
- You need to be comfortable making the first move and talking to a lot of people.





The Job You’ll work outside our Kensington Market location, primarily on Augusta Avenue. Your responsibilities include approaching potential customers, handing out $5 discount cards, briefly explaining what DayTrip is, and directing interested people to our nearby store.

Pay: $20/hour, paid at the end of each shift

Schedule: Part time / seasonal. Shifts will vary depending on weather, foot traffic and business needs.
