We Are Hiring: Deep Cleaning & Move Cleaning Specialist

Full-Time | Starting at $19/hour + Tips

Clean Club Calgary is growing, and we are looking for three hardworking, positive people to join our new Deep Cleaning Team.

For over 17 years, we have been creating clean, happy homes across Calgary. This specialized team focuses on deep cleans, move-in cleans, move-out cleans, and other detailed cleaning projects that help transform homes from top to bottom.

What You Will Love About Us

- Starting at $19/hour plus tips

- Clean Club Calgary is a Fair Living Wage Employer (available within 9 months of employment)

- Full-time, Monday to Friday, daytime only (32-40 hours/week)

- Work as part of a dedicated 3-person deep cleaning team

What You Will Be Doing

As a Deep Cleaning Specialist,



you'll work with a small team tackling detailed residential cleaning projects including:

- Move-in and move-out cleans

- Deep cleaning kitchens and bathrooms

- Cleaning inside appliances, cupboards, and cabinets

- Wall washing and detailed dusting

- Baseboard, vent, and trim cleaning

- Interior window cleaning

- High-detail cleaning projects that restore homes to exceptional condition

- Following company cleaning systems, checklists, and procedures

- Delivering outstanding customer service and professional communication

You Will Be a Great Fit If You

- Have a valid Class 5 driver's license

- Are comfortable driving a company vehicle when needed

- Enjoy working closely with a team

- Are physically capable of performing active work throughout the day

- Have strong attention to detail

- Take pride in doing quality work

- Are dependable, positive, and eager to learn

No experience is necessary.

We provide all training, tools, and support needed for success. We're happy to teach cleaning skills. What we can't teach is a positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to do great work.
