Fix & Co Restore is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on technician to join our growing team.
We specialize in spot repairs and restoration of damaged surfaces, including wood, cabinetry, flooring and other finished materials. This role is ideal for someone who has a great eye for colour, detail and craftsmanship.
What You'll Do
- Spot repairs and touch-ups
- Wood staining and refinishing
- Colour matching and paint/stain blending
- Repair scratches, chips and other surface damage
- Work independently at customer and job sites
- Produce clean, professional repairs that blend into the existing finish
Who We're Looking For Experience in one or more of these areas is a strong asset:
- Auto body repair / paint blending
- Furniture or cabinet refinishing
- Wood staining and finishing
- Flooring repair
- Painting and colour matching
- Fine arts or other detail-oriented artistic work
You don't necessarily need direct restoration experience.
We are willing to train the right person who has strong hands-on skills, attention to detail and an ability to work with colour. A valid driver's licence and the ability to work independently at customer sites are required.
Compensation
- $30/hour during paid training
- $40/hour after successful completion of training
- Ongoing increases based on skill and performance
- Strong advancement and earning potential as you develop
- Top-performing technicians have the potential to earn over $100,000 annually
