- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
- Plan and follow the most productive routes for timely deliveries
- Verify the contents of delivery loads against shipping papers or invoices
- Collect payments from customers, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, such as checking oil levels, tire pressure, and brakes
- Communicate with customers in a skilled and courteous manner
`Experience`
- Commercial driving experience preferred
- Forklift operation experience is a plus
- Familiarity with freight handling procedures and heavy equipment operation is beneficial
- Basic automotive repair knowledge is an asset
