We are seeking a motivated and energetic Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional service to our customers while efficiently managing warehouse operations. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and providing outstanding customer interactions.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport products to various locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or manual handling techniques, ensuring proper heavy lifting practices
- Verify delivery orders, inspect goods for damage, and ensure accurate documentation of all transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients during deliveries, addressing questions or concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, including inventory management and stock replenishment
- Conduct routine safety inspections on vehicles and warehouse equipment, including forklifts,
to ensure operational safety standards are met
- Assist with warehouse moving tasks, including rearranging stock or preparing shipments for dispatch as needed
Skills
- Strong moving skills with the ability to lift heavy items safely and efficiently
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent licensing for driving company vehicles
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery (certification preferred)
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
- Prior warehouse experience demonstrating familiarity with inventory management and organizational procedures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness in all aspects of driving and warehouse operations
