The Role:

We are looking for a reliable, energetic Part-Time Delivery Driver to be the vital link between our roastery, our commissary, and our partners. In this role, you will be the face of Pallet on the road, delivering coffee and supplies to our wholesale clients and retail locations accurately and on time. Full training will be provided.

What You’ll Do:

- Deliver coffee to our wholesale partners and Pallet cafes.
- Distribute items from our commissary to the cafes.
- Occasionally assist with order fulfillment tasks at the roastery.
- Maintain the safety and serviceability of the delivery van and equipment.
- Execute deliveries within efficient timeframes.
- Conduct post-trip inspections and reporting at the end of each day.
- Additional duties related to deliveries as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- 1+ years of delivery experience (preferred).
- Ability to perform physical tasks requiring lifting, carrying, and moving objects weighing 30+ lbs. safely and effectively.
- Physical fitness and stamina to sustain prolonged periods of activity, repetitive movements, and manual labour.

- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Manage time efficiently.
