Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Delivery Driver role based in Red Deer, AB. Kelowna BC, Lloydminster AB, Edmonton AB.

The Delivery

Driver is responsible for safely loading, transporting, and delivering packages to commercial and residential locations within assigned routes. Daily tasks include following delivery schedules, using route optimization and tracking tools, verifying delivery details, obtaining proof of delivery, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves providing courteous customer service at each stop, handling packages with care, and promptly reporting any delivery issues or vehicle concerns.

Delivery

Drivers are expected to adhere to safety regulations, keep vehicles clean and organized,



and collaborate with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Customer Service skills, including professionalism, clear communication, and a focus on positive delivery experiences.
- Candidates should possess Forklift Operation and basic material handling skills, or be willing to complete training to safely move and load packages.
- Candidates should possess Training experience or a willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Candidates should possess Sales or client interaction skills that support relationship building with business customers when needed.
- Candidates should possess Food & Beverage or other service-industry experience that demonstrates reliability, time management, and working in fast-paced environments.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and familiarity with local Red Deer and surrounding routes.
- Ability to lift and carry packages safely, stand for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions.
- Strong time-management skills, attention to detail, and comfort using mobile apps or handheld devices for routing and delivery confirmation.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous delivery or courier experience is an asset.
