About the Role:

As a seasoned CSM/PM expert, you will lead and manage project and scrum teams, ensuring successful project progress and delivery. You will cultivate strong relationships with client teams, product owners, and sponsors, acting as a key point of contact and trusted advisor. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, project management expertise, and exceptional communication skills to drive successful outcomes and identify new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and Manage Project Teams: Guide and mentor project/scrum teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with client teams, product owners, and sponsors, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
- Collaborative Project Planning: Partner with Practice Managers to collaboratively build project teams, define project scope, resource requirements, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.




- Agile Facilitation: Expertly facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-Ups, ensuring productive and focused discussions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on project status, providing clear and concise progress reports to both client and Incepta management.
- Business Development: Proactively identify new project opportunities within existing client relationships and collaborate closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to pursue them.
- Pre-sales Engagement: Leverage prior pre-sales experience to engage with clients during the project initiation phase, providing insightful technical guidance and ensuring a strong alignment between client needs and Incepta's delivery capabilities.
- Incident Managem-*ent: Take ownership of critical incidents, effectively coordinating the issue resolution process to minimize impact and ensure timely resolution.
- Service Delivery Excellence: Ensure the establishment and adherence to robust systems and procedures that support superior service delivery standards.
- Time Management Oversight:



Monitor employee timesheet recordings to ensure accurate and timely reporting of time records.

Requirements:

- Solid technology development background with a deep understanding of full-stack API and distributed architectures, enabling you to effectively lead highly technical resources and engage with product owners.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Technical Lead.
- Proven experience working with Confluence, JIRA, and Scrum/Kanban boards.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred, particularly with experience in Data and POS domains.
- Prior experience in a pre-sales capacity, demonstrating the ability to engage with clients, understand their requirements, and contribute to the development of tailored solutions is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated self-sufficiency in utilizing SDLC templates and techniques for both traditional and agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated self-sufficiency in applying architecture methodologies, templates, and techniques.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent formal educational program, coupled with relevant IT technical and project management experience.

Additional Qualifications (A Plus):

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
