In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth‑focused environment for our people.About This TeamThe Global Packaging and Labelling team is responsible for planning, designing, developing, testing, and producing end‑to‑end packaging and labels. We work in close partnership with cross‑functional teams across the business and partners throughout the supply chain. We meet the needs of our product, guests, markets and channels in order to achieve our strategic priorities and business goals. We ensure packaging and labelling materials are production‑ready and support successful product delivery.Core ResponsibilitiesCreate production artwork (Adobe InDesign and Illustrator)Collaborate with Packaging Design and Packaging Development teams in the end‑to‑end creation of packaging items (concepting, prototyping, bulk production, etc.)Participate in team resource planning on a regular basisSupport Manager+ and teammates on future project planningPropose and action process and/or technical improvements to increase time efficiency, accuracy,
and collaborationSupport external partners such as creative agencies and production vendors with defining specifications and capabilities as well as file‑building methodology to ensure optimal cost and process alignment and producibility at scaleSupport internal partners with SME knowledge as needed for company‑driven initiatives (consultation, planning, problem‑solving, and/or future‑state visioning)Champion a collaborative working model centred on a common goal of creating best‑in‑class packagingQualificationsMin 5 years experience in Production Design and/or Print ProductionExperience leading production work from project start‑to‑finishExperience working in a collaborative team settingExperience developing a breadth of print mediums (packaging, print ads, labels, signage, etc.)Strong English verbal and written communication skillsExpert level technical expertise with Adobe suite, incl. The typical hiring range for this position is from $88,200 to $115,800 annually; the base pay offered isbased on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
