Job DescriptionAs an Executive Assistant-AMR, you'll help ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly by managing calendars, coordinating key activities, preparing materials, and handling a wide range of administrative responsibilities.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvides administrative support to the VP/GM, including scheduling, managing calendars, processing correspondence, managing supplies, and handling specially assigned projects.Coordinates domestic and international trips, developing complex itineraries and reservations.Prepares all expense reports for the VP/GM.Schedules meetings and conferences, and prepares material and agendas as required.Welcomes guests by greeting them in person or on the telephone, and answers or directs inquiries.Updates the appropriate point person on critical departmental correspondence.Arranges hotel and car services for traveling visitors and employees.Arranges onsite luncheons for meetings.Reviews, codes, and inputs invoices for processing.Updates HR organizational charts and Outlook distribution lists.Updates facilities floor plan and coordinates evacuation rosters and training.Handles special projects as assigned.The Essentials – You Will HaveHigh School Diploma or GED.Legal authorization to work in Canada or the US.No visa sponsorship will be provided, now or in the future, for this opening.The Preferred – You Might Also HaveMinimum of 4 years of related experience.Advanced use of Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Experience working in collaborative,
