Web Content CoordinatorFull‑Time | Permanent | EdmontonAbout The OpportunityOur client is seeking a Web Content Coordinator to support multiple brands by enhancing online content, improving functionality, and ensuring a polished digital presence across all platforms. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-focused, adaptable, and eager to expand their digital skill set.What You’ll DoUpdate and maintain web properties built on a custom CMS.Assist in designing and building HTML/CSS for websites and landing pages.Create engaging landing page content.Proof, test, monitor, and debug digital collateral, websites, and print media.Provide recommendations for optimizing web layout, design, and functionality.Manage and report on analytics tools as needed.Support programming-related tasks.Build and update email templates and digital assets for customer acquisition & retention campaigns.Work collaboratively with operational departments to align on digital needs.Build strong working relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.Ensure compliance with advertising and licensing regulations.Write and edit copy as needed.Work within modern front‑end frameworks such as React, Redux, Typescript,



or Angular.Conduct customer outreach related to the e‑commerce platform.Perform additional duties as assigned.QualificationsDiploma or degree in computer programming or web development.Minimum 2 years’ experience in website development, programming, or digital coordination.Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag tools.Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an asset.Graphic design experience is an asset.Experience with C#, .NET framework, ASP.NET, or Web APIs is an asset.Experience with CMS management and content coordination.Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.Solid understanding of web, marketing, and digital best practices.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.Solid time management and organizational skills.A keen eye for graphic design and layout.Copywriting experience.Compensation and BenefitsAnnual salary $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience.We are proud to apply principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all our recruitment practices, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates.
