ROCKWOOL is seeking an AR Representative for their Finance team. This position involves preparing and posting transactions, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely collection of delinquent accounts. You will use your attention to detail and communication skills to build robust customer relationships and resolve payment discrepancies effectively.
Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, post, and verify customer transactions • Apply payments from various sources daily • Respond to and maintain customer relations • Reconcile account discrepancies and record adjustments • Manage month-end activities and statements
Requirements: • Diploma or Certificate in accounting, finance, or business • 1-2 years of experience in AR or Credit & Collections • High level of written and spoken English • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP FI/CO module • Robust attention to detail and accuracy
