You will spend your time working in a specific division on impactful projects, establishing an understanding of TOPPAN’s culture and processes, as well as developing a business mindset.The program is a blend of hands‑on experiences and opportunities. Throughout the program you can expect to gain a better understanding of your future potential at TOPPAN through valuable project work. Our internship program is designed to be a step towards joining the Emerging Leaders Program or other entry‑level positions upon graduation. With approximately 150 locations in 34 states, your internship could be anywhere.What you’ll be doing:Continuous Skills Development (CSD)Development and structuring of skill matrices and competency treesSupport in building training plans and tracking toolsDeveloping evaluation toolsMapping CSD in POKATransforming the utilization of Training Manager to POKAHR Operational EfficiencySupport payroll‑related improvement projectsAssist in streamlining HR processes and documentationPolicy Review & ModernizationReview and update HR policies (many not updated since 2016)Standardize documentation across sitesHR Administration & OrganizationSupport organization and structuring of employee recordsImprove accessibility and consistency of HR filesThis is an onsite position located out of Mississauga, ON FacilityWe’d love to hear from you if:Currently pursuing a college degree, preferably related to Human ResourcesDetail‑oriented with good organizational and time management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable collaborating with cross‑functional roles with supportProficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, adept at working with dataTeam‑oriented with a willingness to learn and take initiativeDuration of the program will be 12 to 16 MonthsCompensation:$22.00 per hour CADWe are an Equal Prospect Employer.
