Territory Manager RRT / RN - HealthcareBelleville, ON, Canada | req28967The Territory Manager identifies and develops sales opportunities by visiting key (targeted) physicians and referral sources to promote the company's products and services, conduct product training, and participate in conferences and meetings. The Territory Manager may also be responsible for the initiation of prescribed therapy in the Medigas office, or the client home, including assessment, education, documentation, and follow-up to ensure equipment performance and client compliance.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop sales opportunities by visiting key physicians and referral sources to promote the company’s products and services.Conduct respiratory equipment in‑service training sessions with community partners.Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve sales targets.Initiate and monitor prescribed respiratory therapy in clients’ homes, including assessment, education, documentation, and follow‑up to ensure equipment performance and client compliance.Deliver and exchange equipment in clients’ homes, which may involve heavy lifting up to 60 lbs and long‑distance travel.Conduct in‑office consultations with sleep and oxygen clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources while performing all duties in compliance with safety standards.Support the training and development of recent employees as needed and participate in a regular on‑call rotation.QualificationsRegistered Respiratory Therapist or a Registered Nurse with current, valid registration.Completed post‑secondary education.Experience in the healthcare industry with a working knowledge of home healthcare equipment and clinical services.Prior sales and marketing experience preferred.About MedigasAt Medigas, the healthcare division of Linde Canada, Inc., you’ll join talented and diverse people throughout Canada,
