We are a team of 700 staff who provide quality teaching and learning experiences for approximately 5400 students.ResponsibilitiesTechnology Support and Service Requests –Provide professional technology support to District staff and complete IT support requests for hardware, software, accounts, systems, and services.Cloud Services and User Management –Manage and support District cloud services, staff and student accounts, role changes, network access, single sign-on, email systems, and bulk account creation.Infrastructure and System Operations –Support, maintain, and troubleshoot District technology infrastructure, which may include servers, networks, wireless systems, cybersecurity tools, backups, and communication systems.Devices, Projects, and Digital Services –Install and support District devices, classroom technology, printers, digital exam systems,
