If you have an EIT certification, a robust foundation in electrical engineering, and a passion for solving technical challenges, we encourage you to apply directly or send your application [email protected] .ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and execution of electrical power systems by preparing calculations and design packages that align with contract requirements.Develop detailed engineering documents, including Electrical Load Lists, Single Line Diagrams, Cable Diagrams, Instrumentation and Controls Lists,



and wiring schematics.Conduct trade studies—both formal and informal—to identify the most effective and cost-effective engineering solutions.Generate technical specifications, material requisitions, and Bills of Materials in accordance with client and project standards.Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams, participating in design reviews and ensuring seamless integration of electrical systems.Assist in engineering close‑out activities, ensuring all documentation, compliance requirements, and deliverables are met.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.2+ years of post‑secondary experience in Electrical, controls and instrumentation Engineering is vital.Experience in heavy industrial environments is required; shipyard experience is a strong asset.Strong proficiency in technical writing and documentation, including specifications, procedures, and reports.Pay: $42‑46 per hour12 month contract opportunityOn site 5 days per weekPlease note that the posted pay range for this role may vary based on seniority, qualifications, or prior experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
