- They’re required to lead the development of recent tools and improvement of current systems to guide the evaluation of short and medium-term demand in the flying schedule.
- Candidates are appointed to maintain and further develop an optimization tool and dashboard to align planned capacity, historical fight profitability, anticipated demand, and seasonality.
- Candidates are appointed to enhance the utilization of current tools such as Fleet Manager and the BI Platform.
- Candidates are responsible for the Optimization of the total fleet deployment for Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge and Air Canada Express, including maximizing fleet utilization.





Job requirement

- Candidates must attain a strong analytical background, with a degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics an asset
- They must attain the ability to rapidly grasp the impacts of schedule modifications on the overall network.
- Candidates must attain a strong understanding of yield management principles, including price elasticity and stimulation and supply and demand in the airline industry.
- They must have logical and analytical skills, including the ability to question system outputs and solve complex problems.
- Candidates must attain strong leadership skills to be eligible for this post.
