- Analyze large financial and operational datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support expense reporting, planning, forecasting, and management analysis
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate existing Finance processes
- Assist in documenting and improving key workflows and controls
- Support ad hoc analysis and special projects for Finance leadership
- Work with experienced colleagues and participate in the TD student community
- Attend leadership talks and Lunch and Learns
- Participate in regular development conversations, training, mentoring, and onboarding

Requirements

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business/Commerce or related field, with the intent of going back to school at the end of the work term
- Enrolled or planning to pursue a CPA designation OR committed to pursuing a career in Finance Transformation
- Financial acumen combined with curiosity, innovation, and problem-solving orientation
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Detail-oriented with high standards for quality and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at various levels of seniority




- Ability to build effective and collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams and business partners
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or other data visualization and automation tools is an asset
- Comfortable working with large, complex datasets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
