Pay: $37.00 per hour.ResponsibilitiesDirect and control the operations of commercial warehouse facilities.Identify customers’ needs and ensure service satisfaction.Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.Hire, train, supervise, and oversee staff and subordinates.Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures, including machinery, equipment, electrical and mechanical systems.Plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.Train customers’ staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment.Resolve product and service related problems.Troubleshoot equipment problems.Organize and maintain inventory.Supervise a team of 3–4 people.QualificationsEducation: College,
