The City of Prince Albert is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources leader to serve as our next Director of Human Resources.

This senior leadership role is responsible for providing direction and oversight for Human Resources, Labour Relations, and Occupational Health & Safety. The successful candidate will lead workforce planning, organizational development, collective bargaining, labour relations strategy, policy development, and executive-level HR advising.

Qualifications

✔︎ Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field

✔︎ Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation

✔︎ 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership experience

✔︎ Minimum 5 years of labour relations experience in a unionized workplace

✔︎ Experience leading collective bargaining and managing complex employee and labour relations matters
