- Ideal would be experience in Mortgage processing

- You know how to lead, delegate, develop people and are ready to step in when your team needs help

- You will manage a team of 8-10 Managers

- You have experience in Financial Services, you understand how to manage in a shifting workplace, forecasting, capacity planning etc.

- This role is NOT suitable to someone looking to step up, you MUST have current experience at this level
