Responsibilities

- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen tools to uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene and safety compliance.
- Support the kitchen team by organizing clean dishes and supplies for easy access during busy service hours.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to create a safe working environment for everyone.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours and special events.

Experience

- Prior experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures, food handling, and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Experience in a kitchen or hotel setting involving food service or food preparation will be advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
