Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and reliable Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, supporting food preparation activities, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help keep our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently.

Duties

- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly to ensure cleanliness and availability for food service.
- Assist with basic meal preparation and food handling tasks under the supervision of kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to uphold food safety standards.
- Support food industry team members with food prep activities such as chopping, portioning, or organizing ingredients.




- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials in accordance with health regulations.
- Restock supplies and utensils as needed to keep the kitchen well-organized during busy service periods.
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling practices.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen operations.
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations or food industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
