WHAT WILL OUR DISHWASHER DO?

The Dishwasher plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, this position supports the culinary team and helps maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment. The ideal candidate understands the importance of their role in delivering a world-class dining experience by keeping everything spotless and ready for use.

Responsibilities

- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Operating dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the dish area and assisting with overall kitchen cleanliness.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff.
- Assisting in kitchen waste disposal and recycling procedures.
- Supporting the kitchen team as needed during busy service hours.
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a healthy work environment.

WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED? Our business is built on exceptional guest service. We set the bar high, and strive to exceed guest expectations. To excel in this position, you need to be prepared to deliver outstanding service by having:

- Ability to read,



speak and understand English is a must.
- Great energy and initiative.
- A minimum of one year’s experience in a high-volume, full-service kitchen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
