EIPS is recruiting a interim, full-time (1.0 FTE) Division 1 (Grade 2) Teacher at Ardrossan Elementary.

Elementaryserves approximately 600 students in kindergarten to Grade 6, with 29 teaching staff and 11 support staff. The school is located in Ardrossan, AB, approximately 10 minutes east of Sherwood Park, AB.

Elementary is a dual-track school offering an English program and a French Immersion program, both known for their strong emphasis on academics and leadership.

Elementary is also a designated Play and Learn at School (PALS) pre-kindergarten site within the Division.

- Bachelor of Education degree
- Valid Alberta Teaching Certificate
- Effective organization and classroom management skills
- Ability to create a classroom environment where students feel protected, supported, and challenged
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Experience or familiarity with analyzing data and using data to inform decisions and/or instruction
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
