Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, escort to tables and set tone for guest’s experience
- Check identification of the guest to make sure they meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol products.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables and clear tables when required.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Bussing, table maintenance, and overall front of house cleanliness.
- Focus on guest requirements and provide excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Perform other duties as and when required.
Job Requirements
- Serving It Right Certification is required
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Must be able to communicate in English writing and speaking and other languages are advantages.
- Outgoing personality and positive attitude.
- Availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays

Reports to: Director of F& B Wage: $18.25 per hour plus tip pool
