About the Role

We are seeking full-time temporary Drivers and Yard Crew Members to assist with boat hauling, movement, staging, and storage management.

While this position is seasonal and temporary to start, there is a strong opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time role for dependable candidates who demonstrate high performance, attention to detail, and a great attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely moving, trailing, and staging boats, trailers, and marine equipment across the yard and storage locations.
- Assisting with yard maintenance, organizing inventory, and prepping vessels for seasonal storage.
- Operating yard vehicles, trucks, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conducting basic inspections of trailering equipment and loads prior to transit.
- Working closely with the service and sales teams to ensure productive workflow.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

Qualifications & Skills

- Driver’s License:



Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Experience driving with trailers or large loads is a strong asset.
- Experience: Background in yard work, towing, boat handling, construction, or general machinery operation preferred.
- Physical Capability: Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and handle physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Attributes: Strong work ethic, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
