As a key member of our nursing team, you will provide leadership, develop care plans, and deliver compassionate, person‐centred care for residents with complex health needs.ResponsibilitiesProvide team leadership and mentorship to nursing and support staff.Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualised care plans in accordance with BCCNM standards.Administer medications, perform nursing interventions, and facilitate patient transfers.Manage complex health conditions and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.Participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Maintain accurate documentation,
including legal and regulatory records.Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.RequirementsBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.Current positive standing or eligibility for membership with the British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM).First Aid Certificate.Experience as a nurse in a long‐term care environment (preferred).Compensation & BenefitsLevel 3 RNs are compensated at an hourly rate ranging from $41.42 to $55.91, as outlined in the Provincial BC Nurses Collective Agreement.Benefits include ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement within a supportive and collaborative environment.LocationWork in a vibrant and scenic community in Kelowna, located in the Okanagan Valley.#J-18808-Ljbffr
