You will enjoy exclusive industry benefits, strong recognition for your daily commitment, and a deep sense of meaning to create lasting, memorable and impactful experiences for customers, colleagues and the planet.Job DescriptionDevelop and maintain strong relationships with owners, business units and internal stakeholder groups by demonstrating value and breaking down barriers to effective sourcing through polished executive influencing and relationship‐building skills.Execute sourcing projects as defined within the portfolio strategy: define project goals, timelines, roles and responsibilities, and an overall project‐management cadence.Apply contemporary methods and innovative approaches, such as total cost of ownership, e‐Auctions, should‐cost models and raw‐material index agreements.Develop comprehensive implementation and communication plans with stakeholders and end users.Ensure involvement of all organizations and individuals impacted.Quantify and document results.Develop and skillfully execute negotiation strategies to achieve desired, pre‐agreed outcomes.Develop and deploy standard reporting for key stakeholders that gauges satisfaction, engagement and performance against sourcing activities, upcoming contract expirations,
supplier performance issues and other key information.Maintain deep category expertise across indirect spend categories and market knowledge on changing innovations in indirect categories (Financial Services & Payments, Technology & Software, Human Resources, Telecommunications, Marketing, Loyalty, Operations, Travel, Consulting and others).Provide stewardship of strategic sourcing policy and solution compliance throughout the organization.Implement Accor global procurement policy in partnership with finance.Contribute to the Procure‐to‐Pay (Coupa) tool deployment for the region and ensure adoption, coordinating with technical teams.Manage Source‐to‐Pay for Indirect NCA categories (Source‐to‐Contract & Procure‐to‐Pay).Control and validate all purchase requests in Coupa, ensuring policy compliance.Produce and analyze regional performance reports and dashboards as well as function financial tracking.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Process Management, Analytics, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, management consulting, advisory or professional services with a demonstrated track record of results and increasing responsibility.Strong drive for people management and change management with high resilience and self‐motivation.Adaptable to fast‐paced,
