Must know and have experience with the following.TRUCKINGInvoicingBill of LadingTrip envelopesDriver's and Owner Operator PayrollVendor paymentsKnowledge of Fleet Manager Software (Transplus) and Quickbooks OnlineWe are looking for an immediate hire.ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECEIVABLEPerform all day to day accounting functions including accounts receivable and payableDaily billing i.E. send invoices and POD's to customersNeed to makeDriver's and Owner Operators payrollon weekly basisMaintain files for all accounting recordsCollection callsApprovingCarrier and Vendorinvoices for paymentFollowing up on any discrepancies with rates or other chargesIssuing payments to carriersKeeping the AP aging current – timely follow-up and resolutionUpdating and maintaining files and database recordsMailing payments,



arranging wire transfers or processing fuel card paymentResponding to inquiries from carriersProblem solving for any issues that may ariseAll related filing and record keepingQualifications and SkillsBasic accounting knowledge requiredKnowledge ofFleet Manager Software(Transplus)will be an asset1+ years of related accounts payable/receivable experience preferred.
